We are looking for a meticulous Key Account Coordinator to join our Key Accounts team, where you will deliver creative, cohesive service solutions across a diverse range of industries.Responsibilities:In this role, you will have overall responsibility for air, ocean, and road shipments, covering both imports and exports.Your core duties include:Shipment Management: Tracking and monitoring all transiting shipments while providing frequent updates to clients.Operational Execution: Processing all relevant operations documentation and issuing invoices upon the closure of files.Financial Coordination: Quoting competitive rates with diligent follow-ups and collating monthly invoices for client reconciliation by the 3rd of each month.Service Excellence: Demonstrating a sharp focus on both customers and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.Team Support: Acting as a proactive team player and replacing colleagues during their leave or sick days.Requirements

Excellent skills to collaborate positively and sensitively with stakeholders.
Highly effective relationship management skills with the ability to find ways of pre-empting or solving problems with integrity
The flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and a sharp focus on operations
A good level of business discipline combined with the initiative to go the extra mile to succeed
