08/04/2024Vecchia Napoli restaurant situated in Sliema, Malta is currently seeking to employ a Head Pizzaiolo who can join their teams on full-time basis.The candidate is expected to hold a Food Handlers License as per Government Legislation, as well as a food preparation certificate.This person will be responsible for food preparation (mis en plaice), as well as preparing, baking and plating pizza and other food during service as per menus and food preparation methods of the Restaurant.The individual will also be responsible for the entire Pizzeria Operation, including the creation of new menus, effective cost control of all resource’s food safety and hygiene.All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, hold a clean police conduct and non-EU nationals /should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.A good salary and fair working conditions will be offered to the successful candidates.
