Are you looking to progress in your finance career? We are searching for a Head of Audit and Assurance to join a fast-growing, multicultural and reputable CSP that provides audit and advisory services to both local and international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of audit professionals. Do you have the right expertise? Ceek would love to hear from you!What is expected of you?

Develop, implement, and maintain an annual master audit planner
Strategize audits and reviews, and approve audit reports
Handle client expectations and gather client feedback
Recognize resource needs and distribute resources accordingly
Identify, prioritize, and emphasize pertinent risk areas when formulating an audit plan
Thoroughly review audit files
Prioritize diverse deadlines and oversee client briefs effectively
Come up with different testing

What are you expected to bring?

Hold a valid Auditor's warrant issued by the Malta Accountancy Board
A minimum of 5 years of previous experience as an auditor
At least 3 years’ experience in a Senior position, leading a finance team
Demonstrate proficiency in relevant audit ISAs and a confident application of them
Oversee the team’s performance, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of each team member
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Be IT savvy
