Job DescriptionWe are very excited to recruit for a Finnish speaking Affiliate Account Manager in Sliema, Malta. This position will be for our client - an online gambling company - and is based in the seaside town of Sliema. This Mediterranean city is full of activity, fun, restaurants and culture.The roleAs an Affiliate Account Manager you will be responsible for generating new affiliates, reactivation of existing affiliates already in our system, and creation of long-term client relationships across all product verticals. You will ensure all material with the assigned affiliate portfolio is up to date including campaigns, bonus offers, links and reviews. You will complete a comprehensive review of sites on a regular basis to make sure all brands are being promoted in a localised, compliant, and responsible manner. Besides this you will oversee that all tracking is in place and working correctly, to ensure that there is no interruption of acquisition between affiliate and operator. Furthermore you will monitor daily performance of affiliates, such as the source of traffic, the quality of their players and the revenues they are generating to increase ROI and reach KPIs, to ensure that development of traffic is maintained.RequirementsThe successful candidate has:

Native level proficiency in Finnish
Fluent in English
Previous B2B sales / account management experience
iGaming sector experience desired but not a must
Strong sales, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent networking skills
Business/Digital Marketing degree or equivalent will be be considered a big plus
