Affiliate Account Manager - Turkish-SpeakingOur client is committed to cultivating open and effective communication, fostering productivity, and inspiring innovative ideas. As part of their dedication to talent development and sustainable growth, we are presently seeking an accomplished Turkish-speaking affiliate Account Manager.Location: Hybrid / – MaltaResponsibilities:As Affiliate Account Manager - Turkish-Speaking, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to assess effectiveness.
  • Identify and nurture top-performing affiliates, creating incentive programs to recognise key partners.
  • Develop and implement monthly promotions and communications to engage affiliate marketers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance landing pages and optimise marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
  • Execute affiliate recruitment and program marketing campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the quality and yield of key affiliate partnerships.
  • Represent the affiliate team at industry events, staying updated on industry trends.
  • Manage key affiliates for the brands and foster growth among small to medium affiliates.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to expand the affiliate business within the market.
  • Maintain strong affiliate relationships through regular meetings in Malta and abroad.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in any industry or field.
  • Prior experience in iGaming affiliation is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Methodical, numbers-driven, and well-organised.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an open and responsive approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to motivate others when necessary.
  • Positive and enthusiastic "can-do" attitude.
  • Capability to work independently while also being a team player.
