- Adhere to corporate wide and team specific policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Review and investigate customer accounts that have been flagged by internal tools, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
- Conduct PEP & sanctions and adverse media checks and escalate internally any findings or concerns.
- Proactively escalate accounts, depending on the matter at hand and handle incoming escalations from other teams within the organisation.
- Oversee payouts and assist as required.
- Identify and analyse suspicious gaming activities.
- Take any necessary actions on customer accounts in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
- Provide internal and external feedback, including detailed reviews, on customer account status.
- Analyse player reports and provide feedback on as required.
- Oversee KYC related tasks including verification of documentation in line with operational procedures and support the Team in processing documents, payouts and review deposits.
- Provide internal and external consultations on customer account statuses.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the seniors and team lead, proactively participate in enhancing processes and procedures.
- Act as point of reference for the junior analysts as needed.
- Assisting or working on any other tasks as requested by management.
- A fluent communicator in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- You have at least 1 year of experience working in Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud/Payments within the iGaming industry.
- An awesome team player, eager to continue developing in Risk related areas.
