- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, usage, and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions in our customer management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights for continual improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate assistance.
- Have permission to work in Malta
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm under stress.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
