Prepare or heat food. Assemble and finish sandwiches, hamburgers,...
Clean tables/bar/counter. Clean and maintain bar and serving room utensils
Clean tables. Clean restaurant area
Do the mise en place in the restaurant area and utility room. Preparing tables for service
Wash/rinse glasses
Maintain restaurant area, kitchen utensils and equipment
Package and label preparations and products (production and use-by dates). Store them in cold store, pantry...
Decorate rooms and bar - put them in order
Take care of presentation of products, hot/cold dishes in serving counter/buffet. Replenish throughout service
Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
Receive payment for refreshments
Inform customer about composition of products (salads, sandwiches...). Take order
Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
Do washing up
Prepare simple dishes (salads, raw vegetable platter, cheese platter, desserts...)
Receive payments
Receive and check goods. Store goods in cold-storage room or pantry
Hand order to customer (on plate, in take-away container, on serving tray...)
Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
Monitor personnel activities
Serve meals at table on a plate
Clean glasses and cutlery (with steam, vinegar...) Put away tableware
Welcome customers on arrival in restaurant, assign table and offer menu
Receive customer and take orders for drinks
Plan preparation of sandwiches, bread... based on anticipated sales
Prepare hot or cold drinks; tend bar
Prepare and/or heat: hot drinks
Prepare and/or heat: bread
Prepare and/or heat: catering platters (pizzas, quiches...)
Prepare and/or heat: salads
