- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries about car rentals through various communication channels.
- Facilitate the rental process by assisting customers with reservations, modifications, and returns.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and explain the rental agreement's terms and conditions clearly to customers.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure car availability and maintain high service standards.
- Stay updated on new vehicles, services, and offers to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or the rental/leasing industry is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and rental management software.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
