JMC are working with an Aviation company based in Malta, looking to recruit a new Office Administrator to join their team.This is a Permanent Position based in Malta.
40 hours per week, Monday- Friday.The RoleThe primary purpose of this role is to manage a range of financial and administrative based duties.Other duties involve:– Managing the front office duties by answering incoming calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to recipients.– Organise incoming/outgoing shipments as necessary.– Coordinating the meetings calendar and ensuring meeting rooms are set up and equipped for scheduled meetings.– Serving as a point of contact for the team and clients, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.– Assisting in coordinating company events, conferences, and meetings.– Handling of travel arrangements as required.– Supporting the Accounts Department daily functions as needed, including the preparation and posting of sales invoices and posting of supplier invoices, updating of daily accounts receivables and filing of documents– Handling the petty cash balance, record keeping and performing monthly reconciliations.– Assisting the CAMO team in organising, maintaining records and filing systems.– Assisting with the updating of social media posts and website.Skills and experience required:– Good command of spoken and written Maltese and English.– Proficient user of Microsoft Office.– In possession of an O or A Level qualificationTo apply please click 'apply now' or alternatively get in touch with a member of the team at team@jmc-aviation.com quoting the job reference for more informationPlease note that due to the high level of applicants we will only be contacting shortlisted candidates regarding this role.For this opportunity JMC Aviation Ltd is acting as an employment agency.
