Job DescriptionOur client, a reputable organisation, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support. This position calls for a mature, career-driven professional who can take initiative, work independently, and manage a variety of responsibilities with efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle correspondence and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage daily schedules and maintain the Managing Director's calendar.
  • Maintain a well-organised and efficient filing system.
  • Prepare presentations and assist with documentation.
  • Oversee and coordinate the organisation's day-to-day administrative operations.
Ideal candidate profile:
  • Tertiary-level education (considered an asset).
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Flexible, structured, and capable of working under pressure.
