- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle correspondence and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage daily schedules and maintain the Managing Director's calendar.
- Maintain a well-organised and efficient filing system.
- Prepare presentations and assist with documentation.
- Oversee and coordinate the organisation's day-to-day administrative operations.
- Tertiary-level education (considered an asset).
- A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Flexible, structured, and capable of working under pressure.
