Our team is growing and we’re currently looking to recruit an Insurance Associate.If you’re interested in insurance, customer care and would like to work within a dynamic team and a family feel environment then Atlas is ideal for you. Sell insurance products/services: fire, accidents and risks
Check maturity dates of contracts and send requests for payment
Draw up a contract proposal (coverage, premiums...) and inform customers about specific clauses
Inform customers about handling of their file, advise them on steps to be taken (expertise, filing a complaint...)
Analyse customer's insurance needs and inform him/her about proposed products
Send premium notifications, follow-up collection of premiums and deliver application documents to customers
