- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal staff through the IT service helpdesk, phone, email, and in-person support.
- Manage and monitor the IT ticketing system, including tracking and resolving support requests.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary.
- Handle the onboarding and offboarding of computer users, including account setup and equipment allocation.
- Monitor, set up, configure, and maintain ICT equipment such as PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and related tools.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the company’s IT infrastructure alongside the IT team.
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of the network infrastructure.
- Perform configuration and installation tasks on Windows clients and servers.
- Assist in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of software modules and applications.
- Become familiar with internal systems such as the Dealer Management System (DMS) to support users effectively.
- Support users with hardware and software brand-specific systems and portals.
- Maintain the 3CX telephone system in collaboration with the IT team and external suppliers.
- Update and create IT support documentation and operational procedures.
- Perform delegated IT operational duties related to infrastructure, productivity tools, and business systems.
- Attend training locally or abroad when required.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by management when necessary.
- Previous experience in software support, IT administration, or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Maltese (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to keep up to date with emerging technologies.
