- Managing all technology Infrastructure, Networks, systems, and IT Services and overseeing performance, training, and professional development of staff
- Managing high quality IT Infrastructure and related policies to support the implementation of the client's Business Strategy
- Developing and managing disaster recovery and business continuity plans and arrangements
- Leading the strategic evaluation, planning, implementation, migration, capacity management and support of cloud services
- Creating and maintaining the highest technology standards and an appropriate IT strategic framework and programme
- Managing all IT operations including evaluation against established business goals and objectives
- Managing all cybersecurity risks from the 1st line of defence perspective and onwards and prepare cybersecurity policies and plans
- Managing the IT inventory (software and hardware) and identifying any need for upgrades, renewals, new systems, or decommissioning
- Overseeing the procurement, installation and maintenance of all technological equipment and software
- Maintaining relationships with IT vendors and service providers
- Monitoring, controlling, and planning IT budgets
- A Bachelor's Degree (MQF Level 6) or higher in ICT, Computer Engineering, or relevant field
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in a similar role required
- Hold strong personal and professional integrity
- Be a self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and high performance expectations
