Reporting directly to the Board team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the company's casino gaming activities worldwide.Its a MUST for this opportunity at least 5 years of experience in LandBased Casinos
*50% of the time will be traveling across Europe, Mexico and the United States
- Collaborate with the Board and the management team to develop and implement the company's strategic vision for casino gaming operations.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Implement best practices to ensure a seamless and high-quality gaming environment.
- Drive the expansion of casino gaming operations into new markets, considering regulatory compliance and cultural nuances.
- Coordinate the commercial department.
- Determine Sales plans.
- Develop and execute market entry plans, assessing risks and opportunities.
- Streamline and optimize casino gaming processes to enhance efficiency and player experience.
- Foster collaboration among different departments, including commercial, technology/development, marketing, finance, and customer service, to achieve operational synergy.
- Stay at the forefront of casino gaming trends and technology to drive innovation in gaming products and services.
- Work closely with the technology/development team to develop and maintain cutting edge casino gaming platforms.
- Collaborate with the CFO to manage financial resources effectively, ensuring budget compliance and profitability.
- Provide strategic input into financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to global gaming regulations and standards.
- Stay informed about changes in casino gaming laws and regulations and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
- Identify and assess risks associated with casino gaming operations, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Implement robust security measures to protect the integrity of casino gaming activities.
- Lead and develop a high-performance operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, togetherness, and innovation.
