A leading hospitality group in Malta is seeking an IT Support Executive to join their dedicated team!In this role, you’ll provide essential IT and desktop support, addressing a variety of technical challenges across property management systems, guest services technology, and network infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a vibrant, guest-focused environment, while building and enhancing your skills.Want to sharpen your technical expertise? You’ll work closely with hospitality professionals, performing tasks such as troubleshooting, system maintenance, and hardware/software installations—ideal for those passionate about tech in the hospitality space!Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support for daily operations across hotel and restaurant systems
  • Troubleshoot network and system issues, including property management software
  • Deliver end-user support for critical guest service applications
Skills/Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience working with networks
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting techniques
