As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in introducing and expanding a new product in Malta and Gozo. You will act as a strategic partner within the commercial ecosystem, developing key relationships, managing major account networks, and driving sustainable business growth. This role combines a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with excellent people skills to ensure successful market penetration and superior customer experiences.Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Design and implement a local route-to-market strategy, translating global objectives into actionable plans across retail, key accounts, and partner channels.
- Partner Management: Identify, engage, and develop commercial partners, ensuring high standards for distribution, product visibility, and operational excellence.
- Sales Acceleration: Drive product availability and activation quality, enhancing consumer experience across all channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee daily commercial activities, track performance, identify gaps, and adjust plans promptly to unlock growth potential.
- Operational Support: Contribute to the set-up and expansion of local commercial operations, including market structuring, partner frameworks, and scalable growth initiatives.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Proven background in B2B sales, key account management, and indirect retail channels, with a strong commercial acumen.
- Driving License: Driving license category B is required.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English is essential; proficiency in Maltese is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Able to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and foster effective collaboration.
- Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in building relationships, managing partners, and working in cross-functional teams.
