- Proactively promote and sell airline routes, fares, and services via telephone, email, and other communication channels
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans in collaboration with internal departments
- Negotiate, manage, and review incentive agreements with corporate and leisure clients
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and tourism partners
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalise on new business opportunities within assigned markets
- Monitor sales performance trends and recommend revenue maximisation strategies
- Manage group bookings and quotations, actively soliciting group and series business
- Assist agencies with booking enquiries, ticketing matters, product issues, and customer service queries
- Request and manage ticketing plates for new agents
- Prepare and circulate commercial advisories and sales notices
- Submit ad hoc performance and sales reports as agreed with airline partners
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and internal systems
- Adapt sales presentations to suit different country markets
- Represent the company at industry functions, trade events, and conferences
- Maintain a high level of product, route, and destination knowledge
- Previous experience within the aviation industry, preferably within an airline or travel agency in a sales-related role
- Proficiency in Amadeus or other airline reservation systems is essential
- Willingness to travel frequently for business
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional languages will be considered an asset
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and remain highly organised
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
