ensure our revenue strategies are implemented effectively across all distribution systems and channels
oversee accurate and timely rate loading, updates, and content maintenance in all booking-relevant platforms – always with a hands-on mindset
safeguard data quality and ensure compliance with Ruby and IHG standards
monitor system performance and interface functionality and keep things running smoothly by proactively coordinating troubleshooting with internal and external partners
take ownership of our Guest Reservation System and keep an eye on every detail
navigate IHG systems and standards while safeguarding Ruby’s commercial interests and lean luxury philosophy
lead and coordinate cross-functional commercial projects and align the different stakeholders
lead, guide and develop the distribution team with clear direction, structure, and a focus on growth and task ownership

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management or similar
a minimum of three years experience in the area of revenue management or distribution, preferably in a lifestyle-oriented hotel business
proven experience in managing distribution systems and coordinating different interests and stakeholders
a clear understanding of the distribution landscape and systems such as Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, IBE
a structured way of working and a talent for juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without losing focus
strong communication skills that help you both understand and easily connect with both tech experts and non-technical teams
solid understanding of hotel operations, distribution flows, and what it takes to make systems work together
a curious and solution-focused mindset and the drive to not only spot potential for improvement but also turn it into action
business fluent in English, both written and spoken
