- Maintain and update customer, lead and opportunity records within the CRM system Assist in creating, updating, and tracking sales opportunities
- Ensure opportunities, stages, values, and expected close dates are kept up to date
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, agreements, and quotations
- Follow up internally for pricing, approvals, and pending proposals
- Track proposal status, deadlines, and expiry dates
- Ensure signed proposals and agreements are correctly filed and logged
- Assist with tracking contract renewals, license renewals, and MSP renewals
- Prepare renewal listings and reminders for the sales team
- Support follow-ups with customers via email or phone when required
- Liaise with technical, systems, and accounts teams to ensure smooth handover of signed deals
- Assist in gathering information required for invoicing or service activation
- Support the sales team with internal follow-ups and documentation requests
- Handle general sales administration tasks as assigned
- Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Sales and Sales team
- Post‑secondary education
- 1 year plus experience in administrative rolls.
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to learn sales processes and IT-related services
