- In collaboration with commercial & product – develop and maintain a Feature Backlog & Roadmap for the Regional Product Development needs which aligns with the commercial strategy
- Raise items for product council/prioritisation process or support in their delivery as BAU – with updates on progress and status
- Facilitate go-to-market planning and communicate the completion of roadmap items within a release to commercial + assist in product demos where necessary
- Support the Product Managers and UX to improve the critical customer journeys and ensure that such changes would contribute to positive uplifts in Commercial KPIs.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration between Product Development and Regional Commercial Teams
- Familiarize with the compliance requirements of the markets within the region you are driving and ensure alignment with Compliance team on upcoming regional compliance requirements to be planned out accordingly
- Takes ownership for addressing and following up on any regional concerns within Product
- Actively engage and work closely with other areas of the business to maximise the value added from new product releases.
- Ability to drive and lead multiple concurrent regional initiatives within tight deadlines, while ensuring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously review live products targeting markets in regions, monitoring most important product KPIs with a business focus in mind
- Develop a deep understanding of customers and trends in the region
- Take the lead in co-ordinating activities by managing deliveries from start to end, including active co-ordination with stakeholders and other teams as required.
- Your main focus will be for the markets Betsson Group currently operates or will go into within the region but possible support to other regions might be required.
- Prior experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager, product delivery manager or similar.
- Experience in the use of data, research, and testing to drive product development.
- Experience working with agile and remote development teams.
- A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to drive efforts to get things over the finish line.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated results-oriented mindset with strong influencing, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. A high level of proficiency in English is required, any other languages would be considered as a plus.
- LatAm only: Spanish/Portuguese proficiency for working on our LatAm markets.
- LatAm only: Experience of working/knowledge of LatAm iGaming markets and product specifics.
- Prior working experience in the iGaming industry.
- A relevant technical background.
- Experience and knowledge in the relevant regions.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics and A/B testing tools.
- A relevant academic degree or qualifications.
