Workplace Type: onsiteJob Description:We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Paid Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social trends and knows exactly how to turn scrolls into clicks and conversions. If you’ve run successful campaigns for sweepstakes or social casinos — we want you on our team!Your responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, ad formats, and casino-related policies
  • Collaborate with our design team or jump into Canva yourself when quick edits are needed
  • Analyze performance and constantly optimize for ROAS
  • Spot trends and jump on them FAST — you know how sweep players think
Our requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience running paid social campaigns and ideally 2 years of experience in sweepstakes/social casino space
  • Mastery of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads - know everything about pixels, targeting and retargeting and much more
  • Familiarity with compliance issues in the US gaming/sweepstakes landscape
  • Creativity + performance mindset - forget about a cushy job, only apply if you are looking for challenges and a place to grow
  • Canva skills (bonus points for Photoshop/Video editing tools)
  • Experience with influencer campaigns or UGC
