Our client, an established property development group, is seeking a Head of Projects.The role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple construction and development projects, taking full ownership from the point of planning approval through to successful completion. It involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical feasibility, while also leading contractor selection and coordinating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Detailed project plans will be developed to monitor progress against agreed targets, alongside the maintenance of accurate financial and non-financial records, analysis, and forecasts. Project performance will be continuously measured, with any changes in scope, schedule, or cost managed in a controlled and effective manner. The role also supports management in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and related documentation.The successful candidate will supervise project teams and external contractors, ensuring clear direction and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills are essential to building productive working relationships.
