- Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing performance of POS and hospitality systems across all outlets
- Lead or actively participate in new system rollouts, upgrades, and technology initiatives
- Support integrations between POS, property management, and back-office applications
- Troubleshoot application, device, and connectivity issues impacting operations and guest services
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve complex issues
- Maintain system documentation, standards, and best practices
- Provide operational and user support where required to ensure business continuity
- Experience working with POS, hospitality, or other business-critical operational systems
- Hands-on troubleshooting across applications, devices, and basic networking topologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with hardware peripherals (terminals, printers, scanners, tills)
- Ability to manage multiple sites and contribute to projects in a fast-paced environment
- 1–3+ years’ experience in systems or technical support roles (hospitality environments preferred)
