We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our workshop team as a Workshop Clerk.The Workshop Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our workshop. This role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the workshop environment. Duties: - Schedule and coordinate appointments - Maintain accurate records of workshop activities - Assist workshop staff with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. - Monitor inventory levels of workshop supplies and place orders as needed. - Prepare and distribute reports and documentation to workshop personnel. - Process cash sales transactions accurately and efficiently. - Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies. - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and invoicing. Skills: - Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). - Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with inventory management and sales processes. - Experience with electronic payment systems and point-of-sale (POS) terminals.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHMALTESECompetencies
  • Answer phone calls, receive customers, inform or orient customers
  • Check receipt of orders; determine processing order
  • Code and archive professional files, meeting reports...
  • Code and enter customers' data (registration of cheques, stock exchange orders...) and update monitoring table
  • Code, file and archive documents
  • Coordinate and supervise logistics operations of receipt, dispatch and delivery
  • Copy documents
  • Enter and lay out documents. Forward and file documents
  • Follow-up payments, complaints and returns
  • Handle particular files or transfer them to respective service (disputes...)
  • Register, sort and stamp correspondence
