Our client is a well-established player in the financial services industry, offering a wide range of investment and advisory solutions to both individual and corporate clients. The company operates within a regulated environment and is known for its commitment to professionalism, innovation, and long-term growth.As the Head of Risk Management, you will lead a dynamic team of 3, including a Senior Risk Officer and a Risk Officer, to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.You will:

Lead and support a team of analysts to ensure strong performance.
Oversee transaction monitoring to detect risks and reduce fraud.
Prepare risk reports for the Risk Committee and Board with key findings.
Review and approve escalated alerts and ensure proper case handling.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve risk systems and tools.

Skills/ Experience:

MFSA Risk Officer approval eligible.
Minimum of 4 years managerial experience in finance.
