- Overseeing recruitment processes including posting job advertisements, shortlisting CVs, conducting interviews and finalising candidate selections.
- Managing onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company.
- Handling work permits and documentation for non-EU employees.
- Supporting HR operations by maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Drafting and maintaining HR documents, forms and reports.
- Providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring effective filing systems and efficient operations.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
- Performing other day-to-day HR-related duties as required.
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.
- Prior experience in recruitment and HR administration within a similar company is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong confidentiality and problem-solving skills.
