- Managing a portfolio of rental properties and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Conducting professional property viewings in Portuguese and English
- Advising prospective tenants and responding confidently to enquiries
- Handling the full lettings process, from marketing and enquiries to negotiations and move-ins
- Preparing and negotiating lease agreements in line with local legislation
- Ensuring all listings, documentation, and records are accurate and up to date
- Working closely with the team to meet targets and contribute to a positive, high-performing environment
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is required
- Experience in lettings, real estate, sales, or a strong customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and viewings
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with confidence to close deals
- Knowledge of the Maltese rental market and property regulations (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (highly preferred)
