This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in financial services with a hands-on, team-based role at a well-established international pensions provider. As a Claims Associate, you’ll support the smooth delivery of client payments, retirement processing, and regulatory tasks, gaining valuable experience in a technical, non-sales environment.You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team where everyone supports each other, and contributions are genuinely valued. Starting with core admin and payment processing, you’ll receive structured training and support as you progress into more technical responsibilities over time. It’s an ideal entry point if you’re organised, eager to learn, and looking for long-term development in a stable, structured role.The company offers a high degree of flexibility, including flexible starting times and a hybrid model after probation. Located centrally, the office is highly accessible with excellent parking, and the culture is friendly, open-door, and growth-focused.Key Responsibilities:

Process payments, retirement claims, and beneficiary documentation
Handle 5–10 client calls daily with professionalism and care
Follow up on outstanding paperwork and maintain accurate records
Support the wider team in meeting regulatory and internal deadlines

Your Profile:

1+ years’ experience in insurance or financial services (admin or back office)
Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and basic numerical skills
Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow within a technical, team-based environment

Salary Range: Up to €22,000Benefits:
