Overview:The Senior Product Compliance Specialist supports the compliant development, launch, and operation of the Jackpot and player tools products across multiple jurisdictions. The role sits at the intersection of product, commercial operations, and compliance, providing hands-on regulatory support to enable product expansion while managing regulatory risk.Working closely with the Compliance Manager and cross-functional teams, the role applies a pragmatic, risk-based approach to compliance, helping ensure that regulatory requirements are met without unnecessarily constraining commercial objectives or innovation. Responsibilities:Product & Regulatory Compliance
  • Support the assessment and interpretation of regulatory requirements affecting jackpot and prize-based products across global jurisdictions.
  • Review jackpot and player tools mechanics, product features, and operational processes to ensure alignment with local regulatory obligations.
  • Assist with compliance input for product changes, enhancements, and new feature releases.
  • Identify compliance risks and issues early, escalating where appropriate with clear recommendations.
Product Expansion & Market Support
  • Support compliance assessments for new market entry, including jurisdictional research and gap analyses.
  • Contribute to the development of jurisdiction-specific compliance guidance, playbooks, and operating procedures.
  • Assist in preparing materials for licensing applications, regulatory submissions, or product approvals related to jackpot and player tools products.
  • Track regulatory developments and flag changes that may impact existing or planned jackpot operations.
Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Commercial, Operations and Technology teams to support compliant delivery of jackpot initiatives.
  • Provide clear, practical compliance advice that supports timely product delivery.
  • Help identify compliant solutions or alternative approaches where regulatory constraints arise.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day jackpot and player tools compliance queries.
Governance, Controls & Documentation
  • Support the maintenance of policies, procedures, and controls relevant to jackpot operations.
  • Assist with internal governance processes, approvals, and documentation for jackpot-related initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal reporting, compliance monitoring, and evidence collection.
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and regulator or partner requests relating to jackpot products.
Qualifications:Essential
  • 4-5 years of experience in a senior technical compliance position with a real money games studio, regulator and/or certification lab.
  • Involvement in the E2E certification of real money games, progressive jackpots and gaming platforms and services across the key markets, preferably EU, US and LATAM markets.
  • Ability to spearhead E2E certification of real money games, progressive jackpots and gaming platforms vs. tech orgs, labs and regulators, including any necessary documentation and deliverables.
  • Ability to analyze and present regulatory documentation and break them down into concrete technical requirements as well as present them as such.
  • Good recommendations as a professional, team player and people person, with a positive can-do-attitude, ability to multi-task and a stable career path.
  • Full work week - 5 days at the office.
  • Ability to interpret regulations and apply them in a practical, commercially aware way.
  • Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional products or operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable
  • Experience with jackpot, pooled, or prize-based products.
  • Familiarity with global gambling or gaming regulation.
  • Experience supporting product launches or market expansion.
  • Previous work in a fast-paced, scaling organisation.
  • Technical education - computer science, software engineering.
  • Background as a technical tester with a lab or game studio.
  • Involvement in annual/semi-annual/quarterly audits with operators.
