- Convert qualified leads into closed sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Define and execute the Business Development strategy aligned with growth plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Leverage your network of high-level contacts to drive business and close deals.
- Manage and strengthen key client relationships.
- Prepare tailored proposals and collaborate with internal teams.
- Represent the company at key industry events in Malta and abroad.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, Business Development, or client-facing roles in professional or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts with entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese or another European language is a plus.
- Knowledge of corporate structuring, accounting, or compliance is an advantage.
