
Payroll and Finance Coordinator

- Compiling, inputting & assisting in monthly payroll execution.
- Coordinating with the Human Resources department about payroll monthly changes including engagements & terminations, sickness, salary changes, tax status, bank accounts and any other statutory records for employees.
- Liaising with the Work Force Management team in relation to monthly data reporting required for the payroll calculation and leave reconciliation.
- Ensuring correctness and accuracy of payroll calculation throughout the whole process.
- Supporting employees with any payroll related queries.
- Aiding with monthly and annual submissions with the Commissioner for Revenue within stipulated deadlines.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and any NSO reports, as required.
- Participating in the preparation of audit schedules and working closely with the auditors to ensure the completion of a timely audit.
- Providing support when and as required with any other finance-related duties as well as other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in Payroll using Indigo will be considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge and awareness about Information Security would be ideal.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
