
Payroll & Finance Coordinator

- Support the preparation, data entry, and execution of monthly payroll processes
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department to process monthly payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, sick leave, salary adjustments, tax changes, bank details, and other statutory employee records
- Collaborate with the Workforce Management team to obtain and validate monthly data required for payroll processing and leave reconciliation
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll calculations throughout the entire payroll cycle
- Provide timely assistance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
- Assist in the submission of monthly and annual payroll-related documentation to the Commissioner for Revenue, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly payroll and NSO reports, as necessary
- Support the preparation of audit schedules and work in close coordination with auditors to ensure timely and accurate audit completion
- Provide assistance with various finance-related tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel
- Experience using Indigo Payroll software is considered an asset
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge and awareness of Information Security principles is preferred
