Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Process Technician to join a dynamic production environment within the food industry.In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring milk processing equipment, ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards. You'll play a key part in maintaining efficient production, performing quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor processing equipment (pasteurization, homogenization, etc.)
Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards
Monitor process parameters and perform quality checks
Maintain hygiene, safety, and food safety standards
Support stock control (FIFO) and identify process improvements

Requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing or food production (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Education and Experience

MQF Level 4 qualification or similar experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or a food preparation establishment will be considered an asset.
