Your Role With UsWe are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery (beam or plate processing), ensuring the production of high-quality steel components with precision and efficiency. Your contribution is vital in maintaining our standards for speed, accuracy, and quality.Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines for beam, plate, or sheet metal processing
Interpret technical drawings and work orders to execute accurate programs
Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional tolerances
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines
Record production data and report any machine faults or discrepancies
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2–3 years’ experience operating CNC machinery in a steel fabrication environment is considered an asset
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of machine programming (advantageous)
Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Able to work independently and within a team
