Ensure conformity of operation on installations (default settings, safety, environment...)
Mount metal platelets, cut stones... Mount parts (place, set...)
Prepare samples. Set up tests and trials according to protocol
Check products (resistance, dimensions, weight...); detect deviations
Check operation of machines and equipment during production
Check safety provisions and start machines
Identify malfunctions on machines and devices. Carry out simple interventions if necessary
Perform basic maintenance of machines and equipment
Clean and maintain machines, equipment, peripherals
Check condition and function of machine, position machines in accordance with processes
Clean and set up material and equipment
Enter and check the setting parameters or programming of machines and material
Determine causes of malfunctions of machines/installations; adjust setting parameters and perform interventions
Detect malfunctions and adjust settings
Define settings of equipment/tools (speed, flow, rhythm...) based on technical plans/specifications/equipment capacity...
Start up machine or installation and follow-up production process
Mount attachments. Adjust machine or select programme
Adjust machines via a selection of programmes or the application and control of the production parameters
Adjust tools, machines and equipment to production type
Set and adjust pressure parameters on the basis of abnormalities
Register data for production follow-up (quantities, incidents..)
Enter program data and set temperature, dimensions... manually. Follow-up operation of machines and equipment
Perform precautionary or corrective basic maintenance of machines or equipment
Adjust machine settings (valves, augers...), automated controls or measuring instruments
Start and monitor production (preproduction, serial production...)
Regulate installations: cutting machine
Feed machines (supply) and place material or components
Check manufactured pieces
Detect defects to a machine and carry out adjustments
Determine different processing stages/adjustment values (tolerance, position, surface description...) of the piece/tool
Put equipment into operation and perform tests and trials (calibration, pre-production...)
Give technical assistance to production, quality, maintenance... Departments
Register production and quality monitoring data (malfunctions, interventions...)
Adjust tools for positioning, fixing and clamping pieces
Draft or alter processing, adjust or design plans
Adjust or sharpen cutting tools, blades...
Regulate installations: automated production line
Regulate installations: milling cutter, drilling machine, threading machine...
