Compliance Officer & MLRO – Fully Remote!

Our client is an institutional digital asset company with a highly international team. A small group of team members operate from their main office, while the rest operate remotely across the globe, creating a truly global workforce.As our Compliance Officer & MLRO, you will collaborate with a dynamic, international team working remotely in Malta and across the globe. You will have a direct reporting line to the Head of Compliance, giving you visibility and influence at the senior level.You will:
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments.
  • Oversee AML/CFT frameworks and ensure effective implementation.
  • Monitor regulatory developments, including MiCA.
  • Maintain and oversee the company’s compliance programme under EU law.
  • Prepare compliance reports, audit materials, and regulatory submissions.
Skills/ Experience:
  • 2–4 years in compliance, legal, or risk management.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto brokerage preferred.
