The Job

Prepare monthly management statements on time for company financial review
Generate daily revenue reports and manage bank deposits
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with Department Heads and CFO
Prepare cash flow and other reports as requested by Group CFO or Senior Management
Submit VAT Returns accurately and on time
Collaborate with departments to analyze financial data for projects and business opportunities
Maintain strong internal financial controls
Serve as main contact for external auditors, ensuring smooth statutory audit preparation
Support accounts team with cash settlements and accounts receivable monitoring
Monitor debtors and credit control, reporting to Group CFO and Senior Management
Supervise Finance Department staff, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
Develop and implement Finance policies and procedures with the CFO
Identify and suggest improvements to Finance processes and systems
Train and develop accounting staff as needed
Perform additional duties assigned by the Group CFO

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
3+ years in accounting or finance, preferably with management experience
Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and VAT compliance
Skilled in accounting software and Excel
Strong leadership and team management skills
Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities
Experience with audits and internal controls
