- Prepare and execute breakfast service effi ciently and to a consistent high standard.
- Organize mise en place and daily prep for morning shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food quality, portion consistency, and presentation under brand guidelines.
- Manage stock levels, wastage, and ordering for breakfast ingredients.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Chef de Partie to ensure smooth handover between breakfast and day service.
- Ensure punctual setup and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Contribute positively to kitchen teamwork and overall service fl ow.
- Previous experience as Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel or busy hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent dishes.
- Reliable and punctual, able to work efficiently during early hours.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Fluent in English.
