- Designing technically feasible solutions that match customers' scenarios and align with industry standards and best practices, and developing and delivering client-facing presentations, proposals, and documentation that provide strong value articulation of a proposed solution;
- Defining statements of work and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and support to customers, in line with the customers' expectations and committed SLAs;
- Effectively planning and communicating techniques to elicit and understand customer requirements;
- Reporting on the status of sales opportunities, POCs, implementation projects, and support engagements as required, escalating potential issues to the attention of management in a timely manner; and,
- Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to customers by ensuring predictable and consistent interactions and providing guidance and recommendations on architecture, technologies, and best practices.
- Have at least 5 years' work experience in the technology sector and within a commercial context;
- Have tertiary level qualification in IT, Engineering or technology-related subject;
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of key technologies and platforms such as HPE, AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware and/or Cisco to be able to design technically feasible solutions in line with customer requirements;
- Be proficient articulating solutions based on the Microsoft M365 suite of services to help customers adopting a Digital Workplace environment;
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders; and,
- Be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
