Technical Solutions Architect

• Maintain a strong understanding of technical solutions offered by the organization and its partners, using this knowledge to create value-driven proposals that align with client strategies.
• Apply effective planning and communication to gather and understand client requirements.
• Design feasible, industry-compliant solutions tailored to client needs and scenarios.
• Develop and deliver client-facing presentations, proposals, and documentation that clearly communicate the value of proposed solutions.
• Define statements of work and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services in line with client expectations and agreed service levels.
• Report on the status of sales opportunities, proof-of-concepts, implementation projects, and support activities, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing consistent support, expert advice, and guidance on technology, architecture, and best practices.

• Have at least 5 years work experience in the technology sector and within a commercial context;
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of key technologies and platforms such as HPE, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365, VMware, Cisco to be able to design technically-feasible solutions in line with customer requirements;
• Be proficient articulating solutions based on the Microsoft M365 suite of services to help customers adopting a Digital Workplace environment;
• Possess strong communication and articulation skills to build trusted relationships with customers;
• Be a team player and able to work well with colleagues towards accomplishing common goals;
• Have strong prioritization skills to ensure achievement of yearly objectives;

• Ideally tertiary level qualification in IT, Engineering or technology-related subject.
