Digital Marketing Manager

A well established CSP is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Oversee the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
Create and distribute high-quality, compliant content showcasing the firm's expertise.
Manage website content, performance, and optimisation.
Lead SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to boost traffic and brand awareness.
Design targeted digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and client newsletters.
Maintain and segment mailing lists in compliance with GDPR.
Track KPIs, analyse performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
Coordinate messaging across teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand identity.
Represent the company at industry events and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in professional or financial services.
Proven track record in B2B strategy, lead generation, and cross-border marketing.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, and SEMrush.
Strong expertise in SEO, paid search, social media advertising, and content creation.
Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and detail-oriented execution.
Graphic design or video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
