Our F&B team delivers service that is confident, fast-paced, and guest-focused, in line with Hard Rock standards.We are currently recruiting Food & Beverage Operations Team Members to support daily service across the hotel’s outlets and event spaces.This vacancy includes opportunities for the following Food & Beverage roles:

Bartender
F&B Server
F&B Runner
Host / Hostess
Sommelier
Usher

Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.What we’re looking for:

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment (preferred)
Confidence working in high-volume, fast-paced operations
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
