- Build long-term relationships to increase engagement, trust, and loyalty among Japanese VIP players
- Take full ownership of the assigned portfolio, proactively managing player needs and expectations
- Deliver exceptional service via chat and phone, ensuring timely, effective, and personalised support for Japanese VIP players
- Identify opportunities to drive retention, growth, and reactivation; monitor emerging VIPs and deepen product knowledge
- Conduct daily reviews of key player activity, including significant wins and losses, and respond accordingly to player behaviour trends
- Apply data-driven approaches and industry best practices to resolve issues and manage escalated cases effectively
- Analyse portfolio performance and track key KPIs to inform strategy and reporting
- Represent the business professionally at events, with regular travel expected as part of VIP hosting activities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the online gaming industry
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, sports betting, and casino products
- Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese and English
- Strong communication and writing skills, with high attention to detail
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering outstanding VIP service
- Resilient, proactive, and able to manage pressure and challenging conversations calmly
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation abilities
- Competent in project management, with a structured and organised working style
