This Data Solutions Specialist position offers the opportunity to join a well-established national organisation operating within a highly regulated environment, in a technically hands-on role supporting critical operational and governance systems. The organisation provides long-term stability, structured career progression, and strong institutional benefits within a secure and respected environment.You will work within a Microsoft stack environment, taking ownership of SQL Server database operations, enterprise CRM/ERP workflow configuration, and system integrations across key internal platforms. This is a visible role where your work directly supports core operational processes, giving you meaningful impact and professional credibility within a mission-critical setting.This position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys managing complex system workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering structured, high-quality solutions in a professional and secure environment. Maintain and enhance SQL Server databases and enterprise workflow configurations.
Design and optimise CRM/ERP process flows, validation rules, and system triggers.
Support ETL processes and coordinate with technical teams on web servers and operational data environments.

Skills / Experience:

Strong hands-on SQL Server experience within a Microsoft stack environment.
Experience administering Enterprise CRM or ERP platforms including workflow design.
MQF Level 5/6 qualification with 4–5 years’ relevant experience (English & Maltese fluency required).
