- Shaping and leading HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition to meet organisational objectives.
- Overseeing the HR function and guiding a capable, high-performing team across all people initiatives.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, including shortlisting, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Championing employee relations, overseeing disciplinary processes and effectively resolving workplace issues.
- Developing and implementing annual training and development plans to support staff growth.
- Ensuring excellence in HR service delivery, policy implementation, and compliance with employment legislation.
- Leading performance management processes, partnering with managers to set objectives and enhance productivity.
- Supporting Health & Safety procedures and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining accurate HR administration, reporting, and systems, providing data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture.
- Significant experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a multi-company or multi-division environment.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability.
- A growth mindset, with the ability to positively influence teams and stakeholders.
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgement.
