Your role will include the following responsibilities:

Preparing of Net Asset Value Calculations and Preparation of payments when necessary;
Establishing a relationship with the clients, assist with day to day requests and respond to their needs;
Preparation of Financial Statements compliant with IFRS and liaising with the auditors where applicable;
Liaising with the Funds' Managers, Investors, Bankers, Independent Auditors and Other Service Providers to the Funds;
Review compliance with company defined checklists, procedures and controls;
Ensure pre-agreed internal and external deadlines are met consistently and significant issues are communicated to the Senior Officer, Manager and Senior Manager as appropriate;
Liaising with the Transfer Agency team regarding subscription, redemptions and other Investor related transactions and communications;
Liaising with the Legal/CoSec Team when necessary;
Preparation of tax returns;
Regulatory reporting;
Assist with day to day tasks as assigned by Management;
Involvement in System Changes/Updates/Modifications.

YOUR PROFILE:

You are a University Graduate in Accountancy or Banking and Finance or relevant degree;
At least 2 years working experience in fund administration and/or in the accountancy field will be considered an asset;
You have very good knowledge of excel and word;
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Happy to work as part of an international team;
Team player with a positive 'can do' attitude;
A strong interest to learn and develop a strong career in fund administration in Malta and other international offices.
