
Compliance/AML Services Officer

- Supporting the compliance function for regulated clients;
- Undertaking sample checks as part of compliance monitoring requirements;
- Undertaking of technical research which could impact clients and participating in technical meetings including presentation of regulatory matters;
- Participating in client meetings, including Board Meetings;
- Undertaking due diligence review, including tasks focused on proposed
- Assist in the preparation of both internal and client reports;
- Maintaining up to date client files based on client developments and updates and material information shared by the Compliance Officer and clients, including material correspondence with the regulatory authorities;
- Preparation/updating of client regulatory deliverables;
- Reviewing of published information and marketing documents.
- be in possession of a University Degree (MQF Level 6) or a professional
- hold experience in compliance within financial services;
- be knowledgeable in the applicable laws and regulations and their application
- be goal driven and show initiative to work without continuous supervision;
- be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilst keeping an eye on detail;
- possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- possess good organisational skills and be capable of working in a team;
- possess good time management skills.
