Senior Technical Specialist

• Install, service, maintain, and support cash machines and queuing automation systems.
• Provide comprehensive hardware and software support, including troubleshooting, scripting, and system monitoring.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently to ensure system uptime and performance.
• Interact directly with clients to deliver on-site support, training, and demonstrations of company solutions.
• Represent and promote the company's products and services in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, service records, and installation reports.
• Assist with cost analysis, resource planning, and efficiency improvements within the technical operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Head of Operations - Technical Division.
• Continuously update technical knowledge through training and industry research.
• Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
• Stay informed about new technologies, tools, and developments relevant to cash handling and automation systems.

• Minimum of 3 years Hands-on experience with hardware installation, servicing, or maintenance (preferably automated systems).
• Strong IT skills, including troubleshooting software and online platforms.
• Familiarity with networking, cloud services, and system interfaces.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, SQL, PowerShell, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of API protocols and architectures, including RESTful services, HTTP methods, and status codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, tech-savvy, and keen to learn new technologies.
• Good English communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work on standby or after-hours support when required.
