- To assist the Quality Management Team in the day-to-day activities;
- To gain practical experience in quality management; and
- To learn how quality control is applied in a systematic manner.
- Assist the team in maintaining a quality management system for the MGA;
- Support in keeping records of controlled documents up-to-date;
- Assist in maintaining a register of controlled documents for the MGA and ensure that such documents are regularly re-evaluated, and updated as necessary;
- Assist in Quality awareness campaigns;
- Contribute to simple quality control tasks;
- Help in preparing and reviewing standard generic templates;
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as required by the team.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science subjects;
- Interest in learning about quality management and/or process improvement;
- Basic understanding of quality principles will be considered an asset;
- Good organisational and analytical skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out tasks;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions and contribute ideas; and
- Able to work in a team and take guidance from other team members.
